FOXTON RACING CLUB.

MEETING OF STEWARDS. A meeting of the above was held last night. Present: —Messrs Barber (chairman), 0. Robinson, C, Robinson, C. Hunt. A. Symons, F. E. Jenks, and secretary (A. Keith. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed.—Proposed by Mr Hunt and seconded by Mr O. Robinson, that this club support Mr Goodbeheire and Mr Buick as delegates to conference and metropoi tlan com mittee. —Carried. Proposed by Mr Hunt and seconded by Mr O. Robinson, that dates of next race meeting be January 22nd and 24th 1910. Proposed by Mr O. Robinson and seconded by Mr Symons, that the course committee be authorised to spend in top dressing course and lawn. —Carried. It was decided to make an application to the Racing Conference for an extra tote permit in view of holding a winter meeting. Small accounts were passed for payment, and a vote of thanks to the chair concluded the meeting.
