AFFAIRS IN IRELAND.
London, Nov. 30. The Times urges the prosecution of Irish members of Parliament who take part in inciting the people to cattle-driving. „ Even if the prosecutions failed, the journal adds, the Imperial Parliament would appreciate the significance of such prosecutions. Mr W. H. Long, M.P. for Dublin, and Secretary for Ireland in 1905 in the Balfour Administration, appeals to the British electorates to insist on the application of the Crimes Act. Mr Richard Cherry. AttorneyGeneral for Ireland, speaking at Dublin, stated that the Government was giving the trial-by-jury system in Ireland its best possible chance,
