THE ELTON COMEDY COMPANY.

To-night and To-morrow Night.

The Elton Comedy Company appear in the Public Hall tonight and td-morrow night. The Wanganui Chronicle, writing on their performance in Wanganui, says The Elton Company is a sthairone —in fact.it consists of five people only—but those five are so versatile and talented that they keep their audience interested and amused for the full two and ahalf hours. Miss and Mr Elton are vocalists of no mean order. The last item by these two artists was one in which they extracted music from almost every conceivable instrument, ranging from pieces of wood to a violin manufactured from a kerosene tin. Needless to say, the solos on the instruments were frequently redemanded. In Mr Meynoft the company has a very clever conjurer who, although doing nothing very startling, nevertheless jdoes his card tricks, etc., in such a neat way as to excite the greatest ad - miration from the audience. The remaining member of the company —Miss Winnie Rhodes —is a clever little soubrette dancer, and captivated her audience with both her items. Taken altogether, the Elton Company gives a neat and entertaining little show, which must be seen to be appreciated.
