Association Meeting. A meeting of the Foxton Cricket Association was held in Mr Rough’s office on Thursday night. Mr Stiles occupied the chair. Proposed by Mr Rough and seconded by Mr Gordon, That the Secretary write to the Secretary of each Club, asking that the payment of annual subscription to the Association be passed at the first meeting, as funds of Association are very low. Proposed by Mr Rough, and seconded by Mr Nye, That the Secretary write to Shannon and Sanson Clubs, inviting them to join the Foxton Cricket Association. , Accounts were passed for payment. /The Secretary was instructed to call the annual meeting of the Association during the first week in October. A vote of thanks to the Chairman and Mr Rongh for use of room concluded the meeting.
