PECULIAR FATALITY.

Dunedin, September 5. While proceeding upstairs to his room in the Gladstone Hotel last night, a man named Thomas Murray over-balanced himself by some unexplained means, and fell to the floor, a distance of fully 20ft. He was admitted to the hospital in an unconscious condition, and died this forenoon. Deceased was about forty-five years of age.
