GERMAN MILITARY SECRETS
Serious Thefts. BerMN, September 4. The theft of a German secret artillery hook containing instructions regarding the use of a new breach-loading gun led to the arrest of two non-commissioned officers at Coblentz and Mez ; also of two civilians on the frontier who had in their possession compromising documents. It is suspected there was a plot to supply France with secrets.
