CHRISTMAS GREETING
The Mount, Aston Clinton, Tring. Nov. 6th, 1606. TO THE EDITOR.
Sir, —I would he grateful to you if you will kindly insert this letter in your paper. As a past resident of Foxton, and move than that, who took an interest in the religious as nell as social well-being of the people, I cannot lot this Christmas and New Year pass hy without wishing all my friends a happy Christmas and New Year. My thoughts wander hack to the Sunny South, the country under the Southern Cross. One is almost touched with emotioa* in reviewing the past, and it is cheering to hear that Fox ton seems to have awakened from its slumber and may yet become a big centre. My best wishes from myself and family, who are still linked together with the most sacred memories to all,—l remain, yours truly, Jonx To. Fox.
