BOATING ITEMS.
A committee meeting of the Rowing Club was held in the Mauawalu Hotel on Thursday evening to discuss the quotations received for new boats, auQbdi&fras decided that the club purchase two four oared clinker boat's suitable for regatta racing and that the Secretary journey to Wellington and inspect those on. offer ..and if suitable to secure them. It was also decided/to affiliate with Wanganui Association at once.
- A resolution was also passed to get the whole of the club’s boats overhauled and the racing boats pul in thorough working order so that crews can go into training for the regatta to be held at a later date.
