The High Commissoner cables under date nth inst. ; —the hemp market. is quiet and prices are slightly weaker ; a moderate business has been done at 10s for G. F. A. Q. Wellington on spot and at 5s tor January-March shipments. Fair current Manila on spot is quoted per ton.
