THE PRICE OF LAND.
Sir.—l noticed a paragraph in your last issue to the effect that the price of local land has risen so high of late that would be purchasers were frightened away. If this is true, sir, I hope the borough valuator will see to it that owners of such property are rated at their own valuations. The town might as well have the benefit of the additional ;jji sates. — Yours, etc., Anti-Boom.
