FOXTON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
The meeting of the Council of the Foxton Chamber of Commerce called for yesterday even-, ing lapsed for want of a quorum, only one member and the secretary being present. It is said that this fate has occasionally been known to happen to Foxton meetings. Next issue we will publish some correspondence between Mr John Stevens, and the Minister for Agriculture, which has been forwarded to the Foxton Chamber of Commerce.
