The Taupo Totara Timber Company calls alternate tenders by advertisement in this issue for cutting rights of its flax over about 200 acres of land, situated in the West Taupo County, adjacent toils railway and containing approximately 3000 tons ot green flax ; (a) purchase cutting rights on above area ; (b) on a royalty basis at per ton dressed fibre. In addition and adjacent to the company’s line there are about 400 acres of native flax. Tenderers can see the areas on application to the'eompay’s manager, Putar.ru, Auckland. Tenders close on the 31st October, at the company’s head office, Hunter St. Wellington. Specifications and conditions can be seen at this office.
