C. Easton v. T. Wanklyn. Ordered to pay 5s forthwith. In all the above cases, Mr Moore appeared for plaintiffs. Several cases were either struck out, adjourned, or non-suited. OTHER CASES. For selling grey duck without licenses, W. Andresen, F. Dunn and C. Edwards were each fined 20s and 10s 6d costs ; and R. and H, Easton each 20s and 13s costs. For selling hares without a license, G. Hughes was fined 20s, and 13s costs.
