FURTHER EARTHQUAKES. New York, April 30. Earthquakes have been experienced daily at Salinas, eightyseven south-south-east of San Francisco, since April 18th. The level of the river which flows into Monterey Bay has sunk ten feel. A cable message from the British Consul at Oakland to his Excellency the Governor states that Santa Rosa is safe.
