The original judgment was varied, and defendant was directed to pay £l6 79 4d by instalments of 40s per month, the first payment to bo made on 7th April. Ah Pat v. Albert Lister £x Bs. Defendant was ordered to pay the amount forthwith, in default seven days in Wanganui gaol, the order to be su-pended for seven days. Easton and Austin v. C. T. Easton, claiming £99 33 4d. Judgment given for £B2 19s 4d, and costs. C. T. Easton v. F. Robinson, claim* jng £l3. No order. POLICE, For riding a bicycle without a light, L. E. Gould was fined 59 and 78 costs. W. E. England was fined 40s and costs for cruelty to animals. For being in possession of liquor while prohibited, William Hutchison was fined 40s and costs. On a charge of obscene language 1 brought by F. Easton against C. T. Easton, latter was fined £1 and court cosls, whilst a similar charge against F. Easton by C. T. Easton was dismissed.
