Advices from Port • Louis state Admiral Rozhdestvensky, with 15 Russian warships, anchored at Diego Saurez (a bay at the north end of Madagascar) on the 31st. The volunteer transport Cuban, with 510 men and eight guns, reached Diego Saurez on the 80th. Colliers are coaling Admiral Poelkersahm’s squadron at Passandava, The steamer Irrawaddi has landed, at Nossihe Island (on the north-west coast of Madagascar), 4500 packages for the Russians.
