The Irish Land Bill.
DELIGHT OF THE NATIONALISTS. The Irish; Nationalists delighted with Mr Wyndham's amendment in the Irish Land Bill exempting nonjudicialtenants from the limitations of the zone system, and leaving judicial tenants at liberty to bargain with landlord either with or without that system. Mr J. B. Redmond, leader of the Nationalists, declares that the concession has saved the Bill, there being no vitally contentions points left.
