Mr Charles Pharazyn.
FOUND DROWNED IN THE THAMES. Mr Charles Pharazyn, a New Zealander, waa missing for three weeks. His body waa then found in the river Thames. At the inquest a verdict was returned of suicide during temporary insanity.
