Death.

It becomes onr sad duty to record the death of Mr Cornelius Sullivan at his residence in the Avenue yesterday morning after a long illness. The dc- .» ceased has been a resident of Foxton for many years, having arrived from the Old Country when a child with his parents, Mr . and Mrs John Sullivan, about 27 or 28 years ago. About seven years ago the deceased married Miss Mary Payne, who died some years ago leaving two children. A year ago the deceased married Miss Hetty Saveli, whom he leaves without issue. Though only 31 years of age, his death was not unexpected, as ; it,was evident bis health had become' com* - pletely broken down. The news has occasioned very much regret, as he was of a quiet and obliging disposition, and the sympathy is general for the bereaved widow and parents. ■ The funeral is arranged tor to-mor-row* the Rev. de Lach being expected up to-day.
