Westwood appeared in answer to informations charging them with haying unstamped weight! in thptr possession. They pleaded guilty and were each fined ss, costs 79. Annie Johnston, charged with Heing a rosrne and a vagabond} wm remanded to 9 o'clock. OTTIL GASES. Judgment went to plaintiffs by default in the following cams : — John Wyeth v. Henry McLelland. — Haim £2 ss, coats ss. Samofll Alcorn v. J. B. Imrie. — Claim £10, coats Bs. H. A. Wunsch v. J. J. Moore. — Claim £8 4a 6d, costs 6s, solicitor's fee ss.
