RUSTENBURG EVACUATED.
DE WET'S STRENGTH.
Rustenburg has been evacuated and the British residents brought to Pretoria.
Commandant De Wet's force num« bers 3.500, including the newly perjured surrenderers, 10 guns (including two five pounders), six weeks supplies of mealies, a transport train and soo waggons.
The Boers have abandoned Ma cbadodorp and are occupying Water yalender in strength.
The Boers claim to have re-occupied Heilbron and Klerksdorp.
