Sale of Land.

With this issue we publish plans of the sections in the Norbiton road which are under offer for sale on the most reasonable terms. It is not given to everyone to want a section of land, owing to their being the lucky possessors of one in this flourishing town, otherwise the rush for these sections would cause the price to rise beyond the means of those we should like to see obtain them. This land was at one time the nursery ground of Mr Richard Gray, selected on account of the quality of the soil, and has been much improved by his judicious planting. beautiful rise, making the best of building sites. We can only recommend our readers to go and lor»k at the lots, as they speak more eloquently for themselves than we can. The terms for payment are the easiest that have ever been offered in Foxton, as the balance of the purchase money only carries five per cent interest. To those interested in living on economical lines we would suggest that they work out a mathematical problem as to present cost of living whilst paying rent, and the saving that could be effected by buying an allotment and erecting a building. We believe further a small cash deposit would enable a buyer to secure the balance necessary for building from a building society. The date for tenders to be in is made just sufficiently long so that a thorough inspection of the lots can be made. j
