A CABINET CRISIS.
M. de Freycinet, Minister, of War ha3 resigned his portfolio owing to Chamber of Deputies resentiog his justification of the suspension of a Dreyfussard professor. It is believed that his real obj-jct is to avoid having to punish the General Staff of the army after the decision of the Court of Cassation has been made public. M. Ktanlz, Minister of Public Work?, will replace M. Freycinet. Tbe Marquis de Monstier, a Republican. and one of the representatives of the Doubs department, will succeed M. Krantz.
