The Sanatorium.
♦ The Commissioner of Crown Lands has informed the Borough Council re section 32, Wharangi, for planting as follows: — I have the honor to inform you that a difficulty stands in the way of doing so, as this land forms part of section 268, Block I, Moutere. which together with sections 1 and 270, are permanently reserved for " Harbour Improvements," see N.Z. Gazette, 1892, page 1491.
