SUCCESSFUL BLOCKADE RUNNER.
The populace of the town of Coruna feted the Captain and crew of the Spanish Transatlantic Company's steamer, Mont Serrat, which was thrice successful in running the Cuban blockade, conveying 100 guns, 15,000,000 pesetas of money to General Blanco. An explosion occurred at the fortress of Cartagena, the chief naval arsenal of Spain. Ten were killed and sixty-two wounded, including the Governor.
