THE SPANISH FLEET.

A message received through Reuter's agency states that Admiral Ger veras' squadron has left Santiago de Cuba. Captain Sampson's and Admiral Schley'a American squadrons are coaling at Key West. The French steamer De Lesseps has sailed from Colon, on the Isthmus of Panama, with arms and ammunition for the Cerveras squadron. There is great elation in Spain at the arrival of Admiral Gerveras' fleet at Santiago de Cuba. The Spanish Senate has passed a resolution of congratulation upon the safe arrival of the fleet at the scene of operations.
