An Electric Clock.
A novel deck has just been erectod on the sonth-east side of Piccadilly Circus. It is beautifully designed, and can be seen at any time of the day or night at a great distance. Tha illumination is very effective, electric light being carried along j the moving hands, with fixed stars at each figure. It is driven on the Syncbronome Syndicate's system in conjunction with a number of other clocks, and shows Green* wioh mean time No weights or springs are used, and consequently no winding is necessary. It is stated that when adjusted, the clock should go for years without attention.
