Greece and Turkey.
The Sultan has appealed to the Emperors of Russia and Germany to assist in maintaining the claims pat* forward by Turkey for the retention of Thessaly.
The Sultan is highly displeased at the action of the foreign Embassies in delaying the negotiations for the settlement of peace.
The Porte has notified that it will confiscate the property of all Greek
fugitives who do not return to Thessaly within a fortnight.
