The Gillon Divorce Case.
9—. The decision in the Gillon divorce casß has been given. This was a suit brought on behalf of the petitioner, Kathleen Tyndall Gore-Gillon, for a decree of judicial separation against her husband, George Gore-Gillon, medical practitioner. The latter filed an answer denying the cruelty upon which the petition
was based) and he asked for a decree of divorce on the grounds that the petitioner had been guilty of oruelty towards him, and that she had committed adultery with some man unknown to respondent on various occasions during the year 1890. Both petition and counter-petition were dismissed. The question of costs was reserved.-— Press Association.
