TUESDAY, August 27. The Speaker took the chair at 2.80 p.m. The Wilson Land Bill was passed through committee without amendment, read a third time and passed through its final stages. The Fencing Bill was taken ill ~ committee, considered, and reported, and passed through all its stages. The second reading of the Betterments Bill was moved and after discussion the debate was adjourned. The House rose at 11 o'clock.
