Advertising does pay, and pay well, and We have not the slightest doubt ' but our fellow townsman will let the public know his opinion on this subject, in his atltertisemefct frotii time to time. Mr Osborne shortly announces that his new Season's stock in just to band and fuller particulars will eavty be tnacle known. The delay probably arising froth hi? desire to mark the new stock as low as good business allows. j
