Nomination of Mayor.
At noon yesterday at the Library Building the Returning Officer, T. F. Gibson, Esq., announced that he had received two nominations for the office of Mayor, being that of J. R. McMillan, nominated by Phillip Joseph Hennessy and Stephen Startup. George Nye, nominated by Thomas Bowe and John McPherson. The election is fixed for Wednesday, the 3Ofch instant, and the hours of polling will be between 9 and 6 j o'clock
