American Strikes.
The strike existing among the pointsmen on the Buffalo lines has terminated, and the troops are re - turning to barracks.
The strikers in Pittsburg blew up by means of dynamite a car containing goods for Carnegie's works. The Buffalo strikers administered a severe thrashing to the President of the Union because the strike failed.
Many of Carnegie's men have again struck in consequence of the employment of non-Unionists. The Buffalo strikers attacked the non-Unionists who were defended by soldiers, and in the fight five of the assailants were killed. Convicts are returning to the Tennessee mines.
