The Melbourne Tragedy.

Two passengers by the s.s. Kaiser Wilhelm, on her last trip to the colony have identified the remains of the victim of the Windsor tragedy as those of Mrs "Williams. The husband is described as a native of Lancashire, about 85 years of age.
