<•- — Mr Ballance has made a very important admission in the paragraph referred to elsewhere. He says " the deficit in Mr Ballance's year was £131,000." Mr Wilson says it was £200,000, and we have no doubt Mr Wilson is right. Mr Ballance, by his own admission, left office faxin arrear, and substantiates the fact that he was not, when in office, a oautiousoi careful Treasurer.
