Defendant did not appear, and judgmont was given ex parte for amount and costs, £1 11s. John A. Ton- v. Abrahams — Claim £2 16s 6d, for goods supplied, and 13s 9d, beiug interest for 2£ years at 10 per cent. Plaintiff did not appear, but defendant con* fessed liability, and judgment was entered by consent for amount aud costs, os.
