The following are some of the prices of the sections sold, viz. : —Suburban section No. BSO, to Mr Palmerson, at £55 ; suburban section N6. 95., to Mr Milverton, at £90 i allotment _i, part of No. 414, over _Ujr acres, to Mr (Jul brand, at £4 an acre; stlldtrrierit 4j, part df same section, and of same acreage, to same purchaser', at J. 4 art acre; section 160S, Bu nythorpe, 27f acres, at £3; and also section 1509, 27£ acres, at same price to Mr .ooper ; suburban soction 10S4, at £65, to Mr Palmerson ; sections 1517 and 1517, Bunnythorpe, 22 acres each, at £3 an acre, to Mr P.
