HOLD-UP BY YOUTHS
CAR WITH SEVEN MEN AND £13,000.

AUCKLAND, Oct, 21.
As a sequel to a hold-up of seven anen in a mctor-car carrying about £13,000 in cash at Otahuhu on Thursday morning, detectives arrested two youths rnder 17 years of ave. They appeared before Mr Luxford, S.M., in the Children's Court charged jointly with assaulting Rofcert John Quested with intent to rob. Both were remanded to a special sitting of the Children's Court on Wednesday. "Both bovs desire ba.il/' said De-tectlve-Sergennt Fell. -'Both have good homes', and there is no reason why they should do, this sort of thing. Both have been weil looked after. One has no father, but the other has parents." The magistrate said that they were not bailable by right. The youths were remanded in custcdy, to be kept apart from other prisoners.
