♦ [UNHID PBI3B A3?OOIATIOR,] DuirxDitr, January 3. In connection with the South Dunedin tragedy, m which an elderly man was arrested on suspicion of having killed his wife, the police yesterday discovered the bead of the tomahawk with which it is believed the crime was committed. It was found wrapped up m a piece of oretonne lying with a quantity of rubbish underneath the bed. There were no stains on it, but it is surmised it had been washed. It ezaotly fits the handle with the blood stains which was found m the house.
