ATIAMURI-MOKAI.
The Public* Works Department is constructing a direct road from Atiamuri to Mokai. Most of the length has already been formed but a gap of about two miles still remain:.. This awaits the return of the gang, who arc at present engaged in constructing th-3 Mangaiti deviation, on which they are now working from the Kopokarahi end.
