THE ROTORUA SEAT
Seven Candidates
Seven aspirants for Parliamentary honors have either announced themselves or are spoken of as candidates for the Rotorua seat at the forthcoming election. Mr W. C. Hewitt, of Putaruru, has announced his intention of standing as an Independent. Other candidates include Messrs E. C. Banks, Matamata (Reform); F. H. Hockley, Te Awamutu (Reform); A. Oldham, Rotorua (Liberal-Labour); and M. Larnev, Rotorua. Two other gentlemen who are believed to bo standing are Messrs Keegan, Whakatane, and Tapper, Rotorua.
