COMING SALES.

On Monday next at Turanga-o-moana the Farmers' Co-opera-tive Auctioneering company will conduct a clearing sale for Mr H. E. Porritt The dairy herd of fifty Jerseys ran to an average test of 4.5 at the factory last year. In addition to the cows 50 Jersey and Shorthorn heifers, bulls, implements and the whole of the household furniture will be offered. The latter is in real good condition. On Friday, July 26, at Walton the N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., will sell the whole herd of Mr W. Syme, who has sold his farm. Twenty-seven choice dairy cows, three springing heifers, a bull and other live stock besides implements will be sold. The cows are " right up," and showed big returns last season.
