' IN conformity with the 37th section of " The Mines Act, 1877," auul wit'h ■the regulations made under that Act for the granting of leases for gold mining, purposes, it is hereby notified that it is intended to grant a lease of Crown lands for gold mining purposes to the applicant specified in the annexed Schedule unless there shall be valid objections against *uch lease. Objections to the granting of such lease, stating the grounds of objection, must be mi;:de in writing, and lodged with the Warden at Lyell on or before the 18th •day of January, 1880. • Copy of application made and plan annexed may he seen at the Warden's Office at Lyell.
