At Balcluiha to-dav, Air Young, S.M., reversed his decision in the msc of Charles Ronald M’Clay, railway cadet, whom ho had previously convicted of the theft of ten shillings, freight on sacks. Tlio Magistrate said he was perfectly satisfied that the principal witness, a had lied to him at the previous hearing, and that he . was quite convinced the accused was innocent.
