It is believed that a clue has been discovered to the conspirators in' the bomb outrage against the Viceroy. STATUES OF KING AND QUEEN.

AN INCIDENT AT KOLAPORE. BOMBAY, February 26. Statues of tho King and Queen at Kolapore, unveiled in November last by tho Governor of Bombay, have been smeared with tar. The outrage was apparently the work of natives. A policeman who was on duty nearby has been arrested.
