J\ atereby notify for public information L wtet having concluded an agreement with the\lJnion Bank of Australia, by which the said Ejank has become the agent for the Loan of Th\ty Thousand Pounds about to be raised under flhe authority of the " Loan Ordinance, 1856,T^ession VII, No. 3," I do, in virtue of the poWer vested in me by the said Ordinance, hereby\appoint the office of the Union Bank of AuWalia in London as the place where all payments both of principal and interest upon the Debentures so about to be issued shall be made. Miles, Kington, & Co., to sell by Public Auction, at Christchurch Quay, on THURSDAY, MARCH 25th, the following timber, viz.—about 3,600 feotf inch boards, in lengths of 12 feet to 20. , 4,100 feet 1 inch do. do.. do. do. 1,500 feet scantling 4x3, in lengths of 15 feet. 700 feet planks, 6x2, in lengths of 12 feet.
