KAIAPOI. VALUABLE FREEHOLD LAND FOR SALE. MR. WYLDE has received instructions to offer for sale by Public Auction on THURSDAY, APRIL 15th, at the Kaiapoi Hotel, EIGHT ACRES OF LAND. This land will be sold in acre and half-acre sections. It is situated in the best part of Kaiapoi, with frontage to the principal streets, and the greater part is at present enclosed as paddocks, and laid down .with permanent pasture.
