Thc Post of last night says — "It is rumored in well informed circles that Sir George Des Yoex, Governor of Fiji who s at present visiting New Zealand, will in all probability succeed Sir WilliamDrummond Jervois as Governor of this colony, when the latter's period of service has expired.
