Mr Cooper's Campaign.

Air Cooper addressed a meeting at I'arapa raunm on Friday and in the evening spolic to a large and enthusiastic meeting at Waifcanae, Mr G. Monk being in the chair. There was a fair attendance and the meeting proved' quite enthusiastic those present forming themselves into a working committee to further the campaign in the district. It was arranged to hold angtlier meeting on January 14, when it is anticipated that every farmer in the district will bo present. Mr Cooper will meet the Ohau faimors to-morrow night. It is satisfactory to learn from Mr Cooper tih'at his campaign up to the present has been moist successful and encouraging and there is every prospect of the' ultimate aim being accomplished. _
