The Daily Chronicle reports that there indications tliat a sally by tlie German fleet: is in contemplation. There is more in the German mining operations than meets the eye as the Cattegat will be the line of retreat if the fleet leaves the Bight of Heligoland. The military party now determines the action of the fleet which is regarded as the_ Army's right wing. Two battleships, two battle cruisers and many light cruisers, destroyers and submarines have been added to the German navy since the Jutland battle.

Rome, April IT. 5-usti'ian papers are urging I that the cession of Dobrudja to Bulgaria should be contingent on the Bulgarian army being used in France or Italy.
